The office is conveniently located approximately one half mile from the county courthouse and affords it's clients easily accessible parking and after hours appointments upon request. The firm offers representation both within and outside the Fourteenth Circuit.

Douglas L. Novak has over 15 years experience as a trial attorney and practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Family Court and Criminal Defense. He also represents clients in general civil litigation.
Mr. Novak has worked with a host of local state and federal agencies while serving as Legal Counsel to former Governor David M. Beasley. He has also served as a Public Defender and a State Prosecutor in both the Second and Ninth Judicial Circuits. He has received specialized training and is certified as a Family Court Mediator for the State of South Carolina.
Mr. Novak is an Eagle Scout, has been named in the Who’s Who in American Law Publication and is a recipient of the prestigious Order of The Palmetto.
